Financial Responsibility & Fees

Payment for service is due at the time service is rendered. In the case of insurance, we provide receipts of payment with which you can be reimbursed by your individual insurance plan. We accept cash, cheque, and credit card payments. Fees are as follows:

*This is a special program available to families attending for care. A family is defined as adult(s) and child(ren) under the age of 18, and three of a single family must be in attendance to qualify.
