Webster Technique Certification (Webster Certified)

The ICPA offers Doctors of Chiropractic the opportunity to receive a Certificate of Proficiency in the Webster Technique.

Instituted in the year 2000, this certification proficiency class offers both a hands-on examination of the Webster Technique, a specific analysis and adjustment used for pregnant mothers.

This chiropractic technique helps to correct sacral misalignment (subluxation) and balance pelvic structures optimizing function. This improves her nervous system function, removes tension to the woman’s uterus and its surrounding muscles and ligaments. Balance in the pelvic structures and improved nervouse system function may have positive effects on pregnancy and birth outcome.

The ICPA recognizes the doctor’s Webster Certification status with their continued membership in the ICPA.
